@Kate-Flournoy well I don’t think I thought that from anything you said…I probably just assumed. 😉
@Rolena-Hatfield That’s a great way to do it! 😀@Audrey-Caylin what @TheLiteraryCrusader said. 😉
@audrey-caylin What Brianna and Kate said :p So yes please post them here and we’ll definitely take dialogue prompts as well! We’d be super glad for your help in coming up with inspiring ideas. 🙂

@daeus …*sigh* I remember the first time I saw it too.

Okay guys, let’s try something different here. We’ll pick a topic/category and each of us will try to think of something different for that one category, and when we’re out of ideas someone can suggest a new category/topic.
First topic— trains.
My contribution to the topic: The Train from Nowhere was late for the second time in a month.
@Dragon-Snapper @Audrey-Caylin @GracieGirl @Daeus @Rolena-Hatfield @Hope @Ethryndal @Gretald @Ingridrd @Emma-Flournoy @Spradlin @The-Bean
… feel free to tag anyone I missed. 😛@Kate-Flournoy hmm…this is a good brainstorming challenge 😛
My contribution to the topic: You find out that your best friend died yesterday in a train wreck. But no one has seen a working train on Earth for the past five hundred years.
@Audrey-Caylin oooh, I like it! Lovely!
@kate-flournoy
You board a train, and the doors and windows automatically lock once you’re inside. Finish the story…
Not very good, I know. Ah, well. I try. 🙂
I’ll tag a few more people: @kayla-joy @alia @winter-rose @overcomer @christi-eaton @clairec @anne-swiftblade @his-instrument @faithdk @adry_graceA dreamer who believes in the impossible...and dragons. (INFJ-T)
@Ingridrd no, that’s awesome. 😀
Hey, cool ideas.
I’ve got one.
You live in a world where no one walks, they all ride miniature trains. One day the trains stop working
Is that good? I’m new at this.
@Kate-Flournoy This is gonna be fun!! Are we allowed to submit more than one?
In any case, here’s one: Finding yourself stranded on a dark country road, you suddenly see lights appear in the distance. You approach cautiously, and after some time you come to an old fashioned train station. Boarding the train you notice there’s no one on board except the old cook and one waiter……Strange thing is, both of them think this is perfectly normal.*is probably geeking out about something*
@GracieGirl absolutely. Submit as many as you like. And I like that one. *wiggles eyebrows* Nice and mysterious. 😉
@Kayla-Joy that’s awesome! Thanks so much. 😀
You find a letter on your doorstep one morning.
“Dear______,
Congratulations! You’re application to Eccentricity Enterprises has been accepted. You are to report to Random Ridge Road, Westminster, Maryland on August 21st at 7:21 p.m. sharp. Please wear a blue and purple spotted tie, and be ready to assume your duties as the newly-hired Conductor of Catastrophe aboard the engine “Mayhem”.Sincerely,
Oliver Oddfellow, Cheif Troublmaker at Eccentricity Enterprises.”Okay, I may have gotten a little carried away with the details there, (?) and I don’t see how anyone could possibly take that seriously, but….*eyes lose focus* Wait a minute. What if I dismiss it as a joke and someone shows up or something happens when I don’t report? Hmmmm…. *shakes head vigorously* Zikers, Grace! Last thing I need is another Work in Progress. 😀
Here’s one more:
“Judge & Jury Junction, Anti-Climatic Avenue, Fantasy Fairway, Thriller Thouroughfare, what kind of railway stations are those?”
“They’re not. I checked Google Maps, none of them exist.”I’m just realizing these may be too long for you guys to use. ? Sorry, about that. But thanks for jump starting my imagination anyways!! ?
*is probably geeking out about something*
lol! Those are hilarious @GracieGirl. They may indeed prove a bit too long, but I’ll try them, and regardless they’re hilarious. 😀
