I have a brand new WIP!!
So this isn’t actually new but… it was put on hold
So I have a dystopian book, that I loveeeeee, but there’s one issue, and that’s the fact that I’m limited by the book numbers
Because I’m telling an action story, I can’t really go in-depth into the characters’ later life, where they get married and have kids
But here’s the other thing, I am a lover of drama tv shows… which made me want to write a book series, that could have an endless amount of books, and uh… it’s basically a corny Hallmark series but with some more depth
Hope in the Horizon
Losing a parent is rough, but losing two parents is heart-wrenching. And no one knows that better than the Ellis sisters. Harper and her two younger sisters move in with their aunt, and her son, after the loss of their parents. After the funeral, everyone’s life seems to go back to usual, and the Ellis sisters try that, but with the busyness of their Aunt’s lifestyle, they don’t have much time for the grieving process.
But with the warm summer right around the corner, the sisters look forward to a fun time at their grandma’s house, in beautiful Copper View. And with their cousin tagging along, it is bound to be one exciting ride. But with grief still holding onto the sisters in different ways, something seems off.
But with cute boys, a strange but wise grandmother, a beautiful horizon, and strong faith, there seems to be healing ahead.

Harper (18)
beautiful, pretty, but struggling, after the loss of her parents, she’s felt the need to take over for her mother. protecting and caring for her younger sisters. she’s gentle, but stubborn, and sweet. She tries to be strong but truthfully there’s a little girl inside of her that misses her parents a lot
she also finds herself in love with Noah, a sweet and sensible guy, who helps her with her grief

Crazy, adventurous, wild but sweet, reckless but loyal, crazy but truthfully she’s hurt a lot. But growing up she was always that wild child, the child who could put a smile on everyone’s face, and now… well now, she’s just looking to put a smile on hers. and her older sister trying to act like their mom, only makes her annoyed.

Being the youngest, she’s the most gentle and sweet out of the group, but she struggles to accept her parents’ death, it can’t be true. She won’t let it be true, and maybe if she doesn’t cry it won’t be true. Maybe if she doesn’t grieve for their death, it won’t actually be true, and they’ll just be away.

Ooh, sounds fun xD
Umm, honestly I feel pretty unproductive lately xD. I’ve been trying to get back into writing but haven’t really been feeling very … inspired? We just moved in and have been pretty busy I guess, but it’s slowing down a lot now.

the cousin of the Ellis sisters, he hadn’t even known them until they moved in with him and his mom. and the only word he could use to describe them is loud. yet he loves every minute of being around them. His life had always been a lonely one, with his mom constantly working, and with no father, and a few crazy sisters in his life was defiantly different. But he enjoys being a brother to them and with everything that has happened he hopes he can find some healing too

-ThorneJuly 2, 2023 at 2:43 pm #149195I know the feeling
I find exercising helps that feeling XD But writing is also a good way to get past that feeling XD
my life has been on and off busyness
Hopefully, I can back to my usual routine

You know, with all those face claims, you could easily trace them back to the people that they’re of and make a cast list lol
