Once upon a time, there was a lonely girl in a big, empty house in the woods. Every day she would go out and try to befriend the creatures of the forest, but none were interested in her kindness.
One day, she decided to invite people from beyond the woods to attend a party in her mansion so she could at last find friends. She set up decorations, hired a servant, and learned calligraphy so she could write beautiful invitations. When all her preparations were completed, she asked the wind to deliver her invitations, and it heard her and took up the envelopes in a great gust, carrying them into the sky. Now all the lonely girl had to do was wait for her guests to arrive.
Welcome to the Mansion! Whaley and I were thinking that since there exists an All Boy’s Academy role play, we needed something that was all girls. In this story, your character is magically teleported out of their world and into a giant, lavish mansion where there is a fancy tea party going on. Your characters can enjoy tea and pastries, explore the mansion, and make friends. Not all is well though, for outside in the woods lurk monsters of all sorts that won’t hesitate to try and hunt down your characters.
Rules and Warnings:
-Only requirement for a character is that they have to be a girl.
-Since there is going to be monster fighting, this rp may get very dark very quick. Please make sure you are comfortable reading violence and possible gore in some entries. We will still try to put warnings at the beginning of darker scenes.
-The characters all teleport into the tea party room, not at the front door or anything.
-The mansion is a safe haven. The monsters are not able to get inside.

Ida B Chomped
The sweetest little girl in pigtails and a pink pinafore you ever did read.
Cons: She has a bad habit of freezing up at the wrong moment, and stairing at the incoming carnage with terrified big blue unblinking eyes.
Pros: She’s good at up the stakes and tension for our readers. They’ll lover her! (At least for the first couple chapters) . . . I can also leave whenever I want to.
I think I’ll start will dear little Ida picking pansies in the nearby meadow for a sick classmate.
*Sigh. So innocent.
Here’s my first character:
Rina is a punk rock girlie from a sci-fi world. She plays bass guitar in a band with her friends and tours with them. She may initially seem rough and intimidating, but she has a kind heart and only wants the best for people. She will take people under her wing who are hurting, and will rarely hold back when it comes to standing up for what she believes is right.
Appearance: Shortish and a bit stocky, tan skin, light freckles, dark spiky hair, and dark brown eyes. She wears dramatic eye makeup, and lots of ear piercings. Most noticeably, the entire right side of her body is covered in burn scars, including her arm, hand, neck, and part of her cheek and ear. In my original story, she is an alien species, but I decided to partially humanize her for this to make the writing a bit easier.
Rina
The room Rina woke up in wore an excessive amount of pink. “Woke up” may not have been right. She didn’t exactly remember falling asleep. But the cushioned chair she now sat in was comfortable, so it was possible.
She found herself looking at a long table in front of her, stretching out far to her left, decked out in flowery decorations, tea sets, and trays and towers of pastries and mini sandwiches. She looked to her side, and saw a little girl sat next to her, with pale skin and long black curls. She stared at Rina a long time, seemingly dazed, before subtly shaking herself and turning to stare at her plate.
Rina herself felt dazed too, her head stuffed with cotton candy, sticking to her thoughts and making them sluggish. Pink cotton candy. It was inside her now too. Oh no.
She looked around the table, seeing several other girls spaced out between many more empty chairs. Some of the chairs also held plush toys, rabbits and teddies with silky bows tied around their necks. A few of the girls’ eyes were equally as glazed as the toys’ glass ones, but several others began to seemingly come to, as Rina had, with an excited mix of curiosity, surprise, and wonder. They began to chatter between themselves quietly, asking questions that none knew the answers to.
Rina leaned back in her chair and looked up and down the table once more. Then she looked down at her own outfit. Leather jacket, ripped jeans, chains, and black boots. The contrast between her and her surroundings was jarring. She acknowledged this with slight amusement.
Yeah, sure, she found herself thinking as she resignedly reached for her teacup.

@writingwren what does CDL stand for? Character something?
There’s not usually very many of us on here so we haven’t had to do limits on authors or characters usually. It depends on the rp.
