Long answer: The shape and color of a crystal sword is determined by the color and sometimes shape of the “baby crystal”. Nahim would only offer peace now if circumstances were much different, like Zahlin losing a leg. Nahim wouldn’t offer peace if he was about to die, cuz he sees that as weak.
