@dragon-snapper I prefer pen & paper (unusual I know). I’ve been dabbling in the mystery and suspense side of sci-fi. And yes sometimes we do imitate Americans but are far more likely to imitate the Russian accent.

@bethanysinkyroses My MC is bent on veangence & anger. Despite these being his drive for his actions it often leads to his downfall. However, he will change. I really like your setting. So when you say it isn’t classic fantasy do you mean it is only humans etc?

Hey PrincessFoo I can’t say I have a preference of a genre. I can’t even say I find one easier to write over the other.

I am only just starting to dabble in Sci-fi writing but definetly enjoy it.

No my username is based off a nickname I used to be called. (Acornman if you haven’t figured already)

My novel is titled ‘The Two-Headed Eagle’. It is about a forced journey taken by 2 elves to kill the so called Two-Headed Eagle. (Unoriginal so far) but then it unravels it a much larger more complex conflict. I am really trying to make emotion a core focus.

Well as I’m sure you’ve heard a hundred times, I grew up on J.R.R Tolkein and C.S. Lewis. But I’ve also enjoyed Christopher Paolini’s ‘The Inheritance Cycle’.
