I don’t know, I’m just terrible at writing descriptions of people fighting each other, especially when it’s not a duel with swords or anything, its more impersonal.
No, I haven’t, but I might have heard of it.
Cool! And how’s that going? Hopefully better than my dogfighting.

Hello! I’m currently trying to edit/rewrite a dogfighting scene (not, like, an actual dogfight, but aeroplanes fighting each other).
I’m terrible at fight scenes, so it’s not coming along very well. You?

Oh, good! I worry overly much about whether I’ve offended people and feel the need to apologise until I get to the point where I’m apologising for apologising. 😛
I’m sad for your computer by the way 🙂 I hope its okay *sends encouraging hugs to the computer*

By the way, sorry if I sounded a bit rude in my last post. Sometimes I just say exactly what I think. So sorry about that 🙂

No, I haven’t, but that sounds pretty cool! I like when you can do that sort of thing to a story!
They get older in the sequel, but I wouldn’t say that they were grown up. Well, the fact is, Curdie in the book is more mature than most twenty-year-olds. But still Irene is……..she’s never been my favourite character in the first p…[Read more]

When I read A Christmas Carol I was expecting a kind of cheesy Christmas story and it freaked me out. But I did like it a lot, so it wasn’t bad (I really don’t like cheesy Christmas stories).
I have found it. unfortunately, I’m stuck on the fact that an eight-year-old and a twelve-year-old are played by grown adults and yet still…[Read more]

You don’t like Dickens???? I liked Little Dorrit a lot. Its one of my favourites. I’ve still never read any of Twain.
No, not yet! I’ll go do it now 😀

Little Dorrit is only the second greatest piece of Dickens ever (after ATOTC of course). It’s about a girl called Amy Dorrit and her father, who’s been imprisoned for debt for her whole life (I think 25 years or something). And there’s a guy called Arthur Clennam as well, who’s basically hopeless at most things, and yet we love him…[Read more]

No, the first time she heard it was when I was singing it, but since then I showed it to her.
And whoops, now I’m watching clips from the Little Dorrit tv show. 😛 Yes, the remake. I haven’t listened to or seen the new Beauty and the Beast movie, because I’m not into Disney, but I have heard some of the stage show, which has more…[Read more]

I have shown her the whole of that song, but she’s super stubborn and is always convinced she won’t like something until she actually does (it’s happened with all her favourite musicals, Newsies, Anastasia, Les Mis, ATOTC etc). She’s twelve (I think). My brothers are fifteen, nine and four.
It was coming along better until I started…[Read more]

I skipped all the dialogue on that track and I’m now listening to the song 🙁
Ah yes, I thought so 😀

Yes, its really nice! I’m twenty seconds into Position and Positioning now.
She’s only heard What a comforting Thing To Know and I think it makes her laugh but she really has no idea. 😀 I was singing it the other day (because once its in your head its not coming out any time soon) and she had no idea what I was going on…[Read more]

Yep, I’m up to “A Bride Finding Ball”. I love No Honest Way and it drives my sister crazy! in fact, I just like every time Sydney and John Barsad interact with each other.
I haven’t read a book all month…except some poetry on the first of April and bits of A Tale of Two Cities to refresh my memory. I can’t write and read unfortunately. 🙂

I am now! I’m not writing because…well…I’m done for now, but I am making a Pinterest board for my third novel. I’ve also been rereading my old novel notes and some of them are hilarious. Plus, I’m planning to do a full Slipper and the Rose listen through.
How’s things?

@jenwriter17 Welcome back!
Here’s the link to the correct playlist of songs, they’re all in the right order and that’s the version that I like best. Michael Crawford has the best laugh out of all the phantoms, in my personal and biased opinion.
Ah yes, that’s what my sister and I do too. Except, it doesn’t really need to be at night. Any time of…[Read more]
