@Kat — Haha! Yeah.. I’ve finished This Present Darkness and its sequel Piercing the Darkness now! Both of them were great, and This Present Darkness is probably now my favorite book of all time.

Really like the concepts in this. Sometimes the execution could be a little bit off and sort of rushed, but I really do enjoy it. The overall feel of it reminds me of Ender’s Game. Did that inspire you at all? Thanks for posting this! I enjoyed the read 🙂
