@kaya-young, I love your story. It brought tears to my eyes. (whether from laughter or sadness I refuse to say)
@supermonkey42, you should feel bad! Abandoning your kingdom for the pleasures of SE… We should take the title of Kapeefer and Keeper away from you

@rochellaine @jenwriter17 @kaya-young @skredder @ariel-ashira and everyone else
I didn’t realize there was still anyone on here! I might have been a little less “traitorous” if I’d known.
Yes, I can definetely add that to the Compendium. 🙂
Okay, really, guys, you’re making me feel bad for abandoning the Kingdom. Maybe I’ll check in every once…[Read more]

@skredder Thats good, because I cant knit either, only crochet a little. My sister is a crocheting expert, and she says its way better than knitting.
@jenwriter17 @kaya-young @rochellaine I know, it seems as though everyone has deserted us. And all those double crossers who snuck off to SE on hiatus are hopelessly gone forever. So tra…[Read more]

@skredder Crocheting is way better than knitting! 😀 I only was going with knitting because it’s the cliche. 😉

@skredder yeah crocheting works 😉
by the way, is it okay if I finish reading Seekjustice’s last part of her book and then read the rest of yours? It’s been taking me a really long time to finish Seekjustice’s, and I thought I’d finished her shorter part then get to your longer one.
Sorry I can’t be on right now 🙁

@jenwriter17 About the title, I’m actually thinking @skredder ‘s idea of Underneath fits it perfectly! 🙂

@skredder Awesome 🙂
So, I have a question: I’ll be going on a trip leaving this Saturday, so I was wondering if you might wanna post all your parts now, so that I can print them off for the trip and get a lot more reading done? That’s fine if you don’t want to do it that way, but I’m not sure how the internet or whatever is going to be where I’m…[Read more]

@skredder Usually the libretto is translated in the programs or on a screen so people can read the lyrics in English. If you like opera music, but don’t like bad plots, look up Gilbert and Sullivan’s operettas. They’re really good, and they’re in English! 🙂
@seekjustice Poor you. But then, I never trusted Dickens anyway. 😛

Well, I didn’t really like Oliver Twist, the book either, which I just finished so…I don’t know, I feel like Dickens betrayed me.
There’s a super thin plot dealing with the “nine lives of cats” sort of thing, but that’s literally it. Who cares if it has a plot. Good dancing 😛

Hahaha! That’s why I’m not sure if I’ll like it. I like a musical to have a few songs here and there, and a lot of dialogue. I do like operas, but I prefer musicals to be completely di…[Read more]

In defence of Les Mis…its not really dark…okay, it kinda is. Hmm.

SeekJustice replied to the topic Writers' Corner #17 in the forum General Writing Discussions 6 years, 6 months ago
I personally haven’t listened to it, because its sorta not a “dark modern musical”, but its a classic 😀

Well, there’s a broadway version of Anastasia, which I personally like a lot more (though I like the animated movie too). I like the Count of Monte Cristo musical a lot too 😀 It was one I didn’t find until more recently.
Yep, Singin’ in the Rain is a musical too 😀
