Sorry I disappeared there for a bit…
Sounds like you’re multi-tasking. 😉 I do that a lot.
Aw, thanks so much! 😀 It was fun to design.

Hi, @gracie-j 🙂 The editing is going slower than expected, but still good. What are you working on?

@e-k-seaver That’s so cool! 😀 Here’s a link to the blurbs of my current projects. For Ignite and/or Embers, I’d always imagined the cover featuring eyes with fire in them, like the protagonist has. 🙂

I have a sort of recurring quirk that in any book where its appropriate (ie, historically or culturally accurate) I have a character that drinks black coffee. I know absolutely no one who drinks black coffee in real life, but I just noticed one day that I did it heaps and now it’s an inside joke for me.
Also a have a lot of…[Read more]

@gracie-j (Haha; she was actually one of the antagonists for the short time that she was there, along with Nathaniel Hawthorne.) Gone With the Wind is right next to me now, actually. I might start it today or next week, depending if I want to go with Dostoyevsky or the Chosen first. But I’m definitely going to read it, haha.

@libby Hi! Welcome to our lovely Kingdom! I love playing piano too!
I give information about myself upon receiving specific questions, haha, because my brain is dead most of the time.
So what kind of music do you like to play? Classical or contemporary? And what sort of books do you read?…[Read more]

See, there’s this manga I like where all the characters are famous writers, and Margaret Mitchell is really cool. So I thought I might give hers a try. I asked my dad one day during dinner, “How long is Gone With the Wind?”
Anyways. I thought i might’ve known if it was over a thousand pages long. But at least its…[Read more]

@kathleenramm I actually base most of my quirks off of real people, haha. And I think that quirks really do make a story more attractive than a premise. XD

I got the idea for my story while I was touring London’s West End, specifically while I was watching the musical 42nd Street which is about a small town girl becoming a Broadway star. Since I love humour and parody, the idea was that writing a story set in a theatre would be a good excuse to have very self-aware characters and make…[Read more]
