@seekjustice Most Americans only know the first verse of the National Anthem, but it’s a very long verse. The second verse talks about God, so Christians sing it in church or when we get together for hymn sings, but regular people don’t know it. Have you ever heard the American National Anthem? It’s famous for being an extremely complicated so…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 It was wonderful! As I was telling SeekJustice, we had the guy who played Mr. Pulitzer as our waiter, and my dad joked about not tipping him if he had realized he was the bad guy beforehand. 😛
@seekjustice Oh, okay. I know it’s an Asian thing, and I’ve heard that it’s European too, but what you’re describing in Australia seems p…[Read more]

@seekjustice Yes, I was considering asking you about that. I’ve heard they don’t tip in Europe, but I wasn’t sure about Australia.
In America waiters are paid very little, and nearly their entire wages consist of what tips the patrons are generous enough to leave. I believe a 15-20% tip is considered reasonable most places, and a lot of times t…[Read more]

@seekjustice 😛 It was really funny, because they give out the tip trays before the show starts, and you don’t know who is playing what, since they’re all in their waiter uniforms. So my dad left him a big tip because he was a good waiter, and then he got it during intermission, and came back to thank my dad. My dad teased him that he didn’t k…[Read more]

@seekjustice And it was good, yes. 😀
It was amazing! Really fun. Great actors/singers/dancers. My favorites were Crutchie, Jack, and Mr. Pulitzer, in that order. (I have to include Mr. Pulitzer especially because he was our waiter. It was a dinner theater, remember? But he was great in his part as well.)

@jenwriter17, possible. I have youth group tonight, so it depends on how tired I am
@seekjustice, I think I do. I’ll probably have to listen to it two or three more times to fully understand it. which is your favorite song?

@ariel-ashira Well, I’m here for a little while, and it is morning, so are you on now? 😉
@seekjustice Oh, okay. 🙂 Haha, nope. Don’t follow that advice. You might end up dying, don’t you think?

@seekjustice Hm. Yes, I should go to bed. 😀
Okay, see you tomorrow hopefully! And I’ll keep praying for your arms.
Goodnight.

@seekjustice Do that, and let me know what you think. 🙂 I was actually introduced to Studio C through KP myself, so I guess I’m passing it on. 😛
Chara’s doing okay, but I’ve been getting distracted looking up a certain Richard of England…
I’m going to do a bit more writing and then sign off too. Are your arms feeling any better?

@seekjustice Yup! 😀
They’re a Mormon comedy group based out of BYU, so most of their sketches are clean. I really hate that they include magic, Harry Potter, and stuff like that in some of their sketches, but for the most part they’ve got good, family comedy.
Here’s the sketch I was talking about.
And here’s another sketch, just in case…[Read more]

@seekjustice Yes, totally. I was just trying to think of any possible arguments for the side I chose. If I was arguing against Richard, I’d think up really good arguments for that side instead. 😛
Haha! I’m only “contemplating” the story at all! I doubt it’ll ever get written. I’ve planned the premises for probably two hundred stories and…[Read more]

@seekjustice A great many kids revolt against their own fathers during their growing up years. It is only with the sons of kings that it has such great consequences. 😛 (I am not in any way excusing rebellion against parents. I am simply stating the fact that Richard wasn’t a whole lot different from a normal person.)
One thing I have to say a…[Read more]

@seekjustice I agree that the original versions of Robin Hood were pretty bad. That’s why I said I like the opera and movie versions. 🙂
Okay, if you want to argue against Richard, I’ll argue for him. I’ve just been reading his bio on Wikipedia, and only have seen one horrible thing he did, and that was the order of the persecution of the J…[Read more]

@seekjustice Yes, he does usually kill the king’s deer. That usually is not the most important aspect of his outlawry, and he does it because there is no other way for him to eat, or for him to feed the people he is responsible for, (since he has many followers, and also considers himself responsible for his former tenants, the people of…[Read more]

@seekjustice Yeah, no. I don’t like that version of him either. In the opera his backstory, (as far as I can remember; I saw the opera three years ago,) is his father was the Earl of Locksley, and Richard went off to fight in the Crusades, and when the Earl died, Robin should have inherited Locksley, but Prince John stole it from him. I th…[Read more]
