@ingridrd @Daeus @Sarah-h @dragon-snapper everyone else who said something…
I have decided to pick “I’ll Fly Away” as my title. @Daeus, as soon as you said that, it clicked as the perfect title. Thank you very much kind sir. And I will remember what you said about conversion back-story -

@aella I accept your challenge, but there is one thing. Technically, I am not doing NaNoWriMo. I am writing a 50,000 words book from Nov 1 to Nov 30, but I am not signing up on their website or anything. I don’t have access to the internet except for Mondays, and it’s just I don’t do a whole lot of online stuff. But I will happily throw in my…[Read more]

@Sarah-H Ah, that’s too bad. I wish valuable information wouldn’t go out of style. 😛
@Mark-Kamibaya Huh, that’s funny…I never thought of men being feminist. Though to be honest, I’m not sure I’d call that feminism; I think that would go more under the banner of acting like a Christian and a gentleman. 😀
And I haven’t used any of those movie…[Read more] -

@emma-flournoy Okay so you really made me wonder whether or not to see Braveheart. I heard that it’s a great story but it does seem to have a lot of issues. About feminism: I hate Leia. I dislike the Star Wars movies but Leia especially. And I love Eowyn. She’s boss. So I totally get your point. However, I am a feminist. Not the crazy type that…[Read more]

@Sarah-H Okay, so we’ve lost information. That’s too bad. Well, I’m glad Henty wanted to clear Wallace’s name. 😀

@Sarah-H I can’t remember where you mentioned this; I thought it was on the Prayer Requests topic, but I looked there and couldn’t find it. I think it was you who said it though…How did your brother’s online evolution vs. creation debate turn out?

@Sarah-H Oh, I know. That’s very inspiring.
How did Henty know he was right? I though there was very little known about Wallace—most of his history just came from a ballad?

@Sarah-H Nope, I haven’t read that one. I don’t like Henty all that well either. 😛 What makes it one of your favorite books if you’re not a Henty fan?

Heeeeyyy! In Freedom’s Cause, I’ve read that one. It’s been awhile, but I remember it being not too bad for a Henty.
High praise, I know. 😛And Scottish Chiefs is definitely worth reading. Not the best written in all aspects by any means, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit.

@sarah-h 🙂 That’s all right. I am not working on any story at the moment, so it works out for me too. Hopefully though I’ll see you next week. 🙂

@Sarah-h It’s a partly fictionalized William Wallace story. If you read it, it should mostly be for Edwin—he’s the best character in there. 😀 And I don’t think he was even real 🙁 🙁
The story was good, as I remember, and there were several well done minor characters; Wallace is pretty much Mr. Perfect though. 😛 (Not quite like the Wallace in…[Read more] -

@sarah-h, Thanks for the reply! I think the main allure of Pinterest for KeePers is that you can create a story board for your book. I know @hope does this quite often for her books. Here is what she does with it. I am going to start doing it very soon as I know it will help me. Characters especially frustrate me because I can never decide on how…[Read more]

@sarah-h, it is always better for us to know about a potential issue rather then for it to go un noticed. It could be something we will need to address in the future as we start to move toward a mobile and tablet friendly site. So that will definitely be something I’ll keep an eye out for.

@sarah-h Good point. They do have rather high entrance requirements. That being said, I do know friends here who didn’t 100% make the entrance requirements but were still allowed in. Because it’s a small school, if you try hard enough to get in, you have a pretty good chance of making it in, even if you don’t necessarily meet all of them. So if…[Read more]

@emma-flournoy It turned out really well, actually. There were two people who were attacking him and using bad language instead of logic to argue, but now they are actually on friendly terms, although they still disagree. I think he was more able to reach the others who were on the sidelines and weren’t really sure what to believe.
Oh, that’s really good!
