@dekreel Ugh, yes… I need a break from Tom Brady. 😉
@epicaddie2 Haha! Yes… those touchdowns. So close. We cheered so loud. XD
@ingridrd *eats cake*
@sam-kowal *pats shoulder* Worry not. By not watching the Superbowl, you didn’t have to listen to the announcers talk about the Patriots a whole lot. … Who would you root for though? The…[Read more]

@rocheillanne
You know you’re a bookworm when you get so engrossed in a book that when a character shrugs, you shrug, and when a character bangs his head, you get a headache.
I used to do this all the time when I read the Magic Tree House books. Whenever Jack shuddered, I shuddered. And all the things he did. XD I do that when I write too.…[Read more]

Well you all are geniuses.
I mean really. I’ve been struggling with this stuck-ed-ness for months.
I took a five day break.
SO WHY DIDN’T A TAKE A BREAK SOONER!
I went back to writing today after missing it…for once XD… and wrote 1397 words that I actually like in one sitting.
So yeah. I LOVE WRITING AGAIN AND THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!…[Read more]

@sam-kowal If Stan ever becomes famous he is more than welcome to post his quotes here. 🙂
Another quote I love, everyone:
“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”

@sam-kowal I’ve thought about getting up to pace while reading before, but I didn’t want my family asking me why I was pacing, ’cause it would ruin the suspenseful moment.

Hello @clairc @sam-kowal @ingridrd! Nice to meet you all!
@mariposa Paper making is fun! So many different things you can do. I do love old westerns. Have you seen  any of Roy Rogers’s movies?

@alia Ahh, uhh, well… Yes. I am positive. It sure looks like a Dekreel, but it’s not 😉
Actually it’s important to note that I was actually named Dekreel after a historian who had also survived being a Chasm Beast. Legend has it that he looked like a bipedal wolf with a cat’s tail……. So that drawing is what he would have looked like. And…[Read more]

Greetings!! *tips hat*
So as you know, I am writing a Dr Who fan novella (I think I’ve started one too many topics exactly like this XD). Its setting is in the country of Taranar, which contains the Red Chasms, which homes hundreds of Chasm Beasts like myself. But unlike myself, these Beasts are evil, even bloodthirsty. (total and constant…[Read more]

Since there’s a topic ‘you know you’re a writer when….’ I thought it’d be cool to do one for bookworms. ‘Cause we all know most if not all writers are bookworms. So let’s get this rolling!
You know you’re a bookworm when you feel each emotion of the main character.

I’m with @sam-kowal taking the survey made me want to implement every answer I came up with, haha. Time to go write better books!
@daeus I’m interested to see the results of the survey. Do you know yet where they’ll be available?

@valtmy @supermonkey42 *snorts* Huh. Good luck trying to subdue me. As self-proclaimed Security Chief, I’d love to see you try to rebel against us.
@sam-kowal *whispers* Keep an eye for any suspicious activity. We don’t want them to know what we’re up to.

I found an amazing (I think 🙂 ) quote that I wanted to share here, but I couldn’t think where, so I’m starting a new topic!
Here we can post quotes by famous or infamous – I mean unfamous – I mean non-famous people that give good writing advice. Just short snippets that carry a lot of truth in a small amount of words.
If anyone thinks it’s a…[Read more]

Nice to meet you and Stan! Great to know that you find my story interesting.
You and @dragon-snapper have no need to worry about any sort of INTJ rebellion. It will go against our whole ethos to behave recklessly or take any action that would be detrimental to our long-term interests.
*whispering* All right. I s…[Read more]

Okay, I’ve got a little bit of clarification to do. 🙂 Mostly because I took a lot of time off from writing for finals last month, and am just getting back into it, so I had kind of forgotten a couple of the plans I had made for this book. Therefore, when I wrote the synopsis I missed a few things.
@seekjustice and @jenwriter17 This is not a h…[Read more]
