@Daeus Ah, I’ve never read any of the books. I hear that in the Clone Wars TV show, he had some romantic interest, but I’m not sure for certain because I’ve never watched that either.

@Kate-Flournoy I looked it up and we were both wrong. It’s Tattooine. 🙂

And then we looked it up and there are a lot of people who think it too, so we’re not going out on a limb or anything. *fingers crossed*

@Daeus To give credit where credit is due, my sister came up with it first. I just helped her figure out the minor details. @Dragon-Snapper well technically, he was a Jedi, but when the Jedi order fell, he was no longer bound by their code. So it would work if he had gotten married during the nineteen years on Tattioune. (I don’t know how to spell…[Read more]

@Dragon-Snapper Watching it 4 times has allowed me to conclude that Rey must be a Kenobi. But more on that later. 😉

@Dragon-Snapper How exactly do you spell that? Geniuses? Genius’s? Geniuss? It’s one of those bucket list questions that I know will never be answered… But whatever it is, FORWARD MARCH, FELLOW…WHATEVER!

Yikes, I leave for ten minutes and come back to a moderator in tears… Kylo Ren really MUST be the best villain ever if he can leave such an impact.
PS. I’m not giving an opinion on mask vs. unmask because I DON’T KNOW. So there.

@Kate-Flournoy *cough* Let’s keep this professional. After all, we’re pretty much rooting for the villain. 😉

@Sierra-R To be fair, I really do like that Sappy Music, so you can come out from under the bed and I’ll try not to bash it TOO much while in ear-shot. 😉
@Emma-Flournoy But it’s so much fun to hate and rant…*puppy eyes* Though I will admit, the Hobbit brings us Bilbo. And he’s worth every cheesy line Tauriel ever said.

*evil chuckle* I’m wearing my fireproof elven cloak, @Dragon-Snapper! But no spoilers. Yet. 😉 Force Awakens has appeased my suspense…for you…or something like that. (that sounded better in my head) I seriously watched that movie four nights in a row.

Okay, I’m reading that book now.
@Charisetter I can’t really tell you about not copying scenes, because I have been known to do that in my somewhat shady writing past. 😉 However, I will say that even if there’s a really good scene that makes you feel a certain way and you want your readers to feel the same, so you sort-of-kind-of copy it (I…[Read more]

I’m so glad this thread happened. I’ve always sort-of-kind-of (if you know what I mean 🙂 ) known what a character arc is, but not in a coherent way. My mind has been expanded.
