@Aratrea Yeah, I know what events shape her course, but I kind of got carried away and didn’t write them down in the most coherent manner…

My mind suddenly has gone blank on books I’ve recently read, so I think I’ll have to go with The Gammage Cup. (Yes, that is an unheard of book from the ’50s.) I believe it uses Method #2; the story goal of protecting one’s village from evil could not be accomplished until the village came to recognize the thematic truth.

Okay. I’m so terribly sorry this has taken so long. My family ended up moving, which I had not anticipated, so for a while I haven’t had the time to sit down and figure out where this thing is going. I’m still not quite sure where it’s going…

@winter-rose you’ll probably be done by the time I can write, but once I finish baking bread this afternoon, (I have to start by 2:00 p.m.) since the weather is spectacular, I’ll be in my favorite spot mapping out my children’s story. 😀
