@ariel-ashira, not so much anymore. But when we were missionaries we had churches all over America that supported us, so we tried to visit them every time we came to the states for furlough.
@rochellaine, poem? I love other people’s poems. may we read it?

@alia Wow. Â Sounds like your family travels!
@rochellaine Ooh! Â Can I read that poem, please?

@seekjustice What do Australian zoos have?  I like looking at the kangaroos in our zoos. 😛
@rochellaine No need to explain to me why there is actually no heaven for characters.  Don’t worry, I don’t believe that. 😀

@seekjustice @alia @ariel-ashira @rochellaine Sorry to those who tagged me today, I’ve been gone all day at the zoo. 🙂 Is anyone still on writing?

Okay, I’ll be sure to tell her that too!
Well, I’ve heard the saying before, but only in American movies. But…wait…aren’t you from the south too? *frowns again at map*

@alia You have been to The Great Wall of China? Â Three times? Â Cool. Â *tries to think of the best place I have ever been* Â Dog sledding in Alaska?
@seekjustice What do you call police men with dogs in Australia?
@rochellaine Are you flying to Nevada?
And how do you know that our characters don’t go to a book character heaven?  😛

Bye! (I’ll pass that advice on)
The Scarlet Pimpernel is a fun book! Nowhere near as deep as A Tale of Two Cities or anything, but it’s a light read and that’s sometimes the best thing.
@catwing I don’t know, but we don’t say that! Does it kind of mean, “that’s just the way things are”?

Catwing replied to the topic Writers' Corner #16 in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 1 month ago
@alia ummmmm… no. I’ve been the opening of the Ark though.
@seekjustice *shrug* okay, what do you aussies say?
@rochellaine Aye. 😛 -
Alia replied to the topic Writers' Corner #16 in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 1 month ago
@rochellaine, you couldn’t have made your comment about killing off characters sooner???

@rochellaine Top a Civil War revolver? Okay… I have a compound bow. 🙂 (I feel like I’m sounding spoiled or something. 😛 )
@seekjustice I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles. -

@rochellaine Kay is offering death escape classes for the fictional. (Not really, I’m not talented enough o write that.) XP
@alia I am lucky.
@seekjustice Would they like classes. XD -

My feelings on Jane Austen are not complimentary. For the amount that the guillotine features in the Scarlet Pimpernel books, people rarely ever die. In fact, I don’t think anyone dies in the first one excepting that random marquis that Marguerite accidently denounced before the start of the book. And, like…um…I can’t think of…[Read more]

@rochellaine I’ll find you all one day 😛
Nope, I put it up the other day when I was talking to you about all the things I wanted to do in America, because I realised I literally have no idea where anything in America is. So it’s up there now, and I have some sort of mental picture of all the states in relation to one another. It’s up there…[Read more]

@seekjustice, okay, I suppose we can try to keep her away from killing for a bit longer…
@catwing, lucky, I want a sword. But I only have sisters and I don’t think they’ll get me one.
@rochellaine, @the-others-I-already-tagged, If I disappear in about 20 minutes, I have gone to praise team practice and shall most likely return in about an hour

Well, I think writers like @rochellaine are an endangered species and should be protected at all costs. after all, what sort of writer does not like killing characters? We should make an effort to preserve those who don’t break our hearts with every book.
Oh cool! We have those in Australia too, but we don’t call them K-9.

@rochellaine Yeah, brothers are nice. Mine got me a sword. 😉
@seekjustice I didn’t post last week. Working on something for this week since my HTTYD post isn’t ready. -

@alia @seekjustice thanks!
@rochellaine Nope, I went back to Finding Secrets because Firebird was being difficult. I need to edit FS and start on the sequel anyway. 🙂 -

@rochellaine, sounds like a good plan to me

@seekjustice, poor them. I wonder how much longer @rochellaine can deny that she secretly likes the idea of killing off her characters…?
