@jenwriter17 I am not. I don’t really have the time right now to be on another forum besides this one. 😉 But I go on there sometimes just to read articles or forum posts, because I know a lot of the people there. 😀
Really? Which books were those? What exactly didn’t you like about them? (I know absolutely nothing abut Cre…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 Great! Glad it was helpful. 🙂
I’ve seen your topic on the Story Embers forum and noticed that several people are recommending CreateSpace (or something like that.) I’ve never heard of it before, so I’m not going to say anything about it, except that they’re probably right that it’s a great place, if they’ve already used it. I ju…[Read more]

@ariel-ashira Aw, thanks. That’s sweet. 🙂 But there are a lot of people there who aren’t here. (Yes, I’ve read a few of the posts/threads on the SE forum. 😉 )
Yes, I’ve read a few of their articles. I often forget to do so, but I’ll go over there in a bit and read some, since you recommended them. I am subscribed to their emails, and I am…[Read more]

@seekjustice Possibly. As usual, it all depends on when I get tired and decide to go to sleep. 😉
See you later!

@seekjustice Yeah, I was actually thinking yesterday as I listened to those songs that Jane Eyre reminded me of Beauty and the Beast. Except that Jane wasn’t supposed to be very pretty. Do you see the comparison like I do?
Who knows? 🙂
Great. 😀
@ariel-ashira No, I am not. I have been considering it, but this forum distracts me enough fr…[Read more]

@seekjustice Uh, yeah. Mr. Rochester isn’t exactly a hero we can sympathize with. He really didn’t do anything right! Jane is a pretty nice person herself, though. Well, I haven’t listened to much of it. Only about two songs, which I thought were pretty good. It was an accident that I found it, but I don’t remember what I was listening to pr…[Read more]

@seekjustice 🙁 I’m sorry.
Well, I was listening to a bit of Jane Eyre yesterday, but I’m sure you’ve already heard that musical, haven’t you?
I also recently found some 70s(ish?) musicals by Disney, (where Newsies came from, of course,) about Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn. I haven’t seen the movies, and I don’t know how accurate to the…[Read more]

How’s everything going for you, other than your poor wrists?

@seekjustice Haha! You’ve been reading my conversations with Jen, haven’t you? 😛 Unfortunately, it’s a whole lot easier getting distracted than staying focused.
Yup, that’s partly why I like reading something all at once. That way I don’t forget what happened. Also, I can get more into the book if I read it all at once. If there’s a sad…[Read more]

@seekjustice Well, I’ve been getting distracted, but I’ll get back to work now. 🙂 Thanks for reminding me. 😛
Ohhh, reading Jen’s book? You might be making me jealous. Oh well, I had the chance to read it and turned it down! Because I’d rather read the entirety of a book at once rather than reading little sections at a time. I’ll get to r…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 Yup, my western! 🙂 I told Chara I’d get her new boots soon, and she’s been behaving a bit better. 😛
How about your characters?

@jenwriter17 Haha! I get the same problem when I practice harp.
I’ve actually been having trouble typing too, because there’s no desk the right size for me here, and when I try to put my computer on my lap the angle is bad, so I can’t type that way either…I ended up sitting on my feet on a chair that was too low for the desk, kneeling on the…[Read more]

@seekjustice I’m so sorry! My brother had a problem like that when he was “cramming” for a piano concert once. He was practicing so many hours each day that his wrists, arms, and shoulders got really sore. I hope you get well quickly!!

@seekjustice Yeah, well I like the “Sixteen Going on Seventeen” reprise, (with Maria,) even though the first one is kind of annoying. It’s not supposed to be a great song, anyway, because the movie makes it obvious that Liesl was too young and she didn’t know what she was doing. Still, my sister and I sometimes sing it as a joke, just so we c…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 I’ve never heard of Ingramspark, but I’ve printed my books with two different sites, Diggypod and Lulu, and out of those two Lulu is much the better! On Lulu they allow you to order a single sample copy to make sure the formatting and cover are all correct before you order your full shipment of books.
On Lulu also, you can set it…[Read more]

@jenwriter17 I’m not sure, but I might be. I’m helping my dad out with a business presentation this evening, and I don’t know whether I’ll be on tonight after that or not. If I am I’ll let you know, and go ahead and tag me when you do get on in case. 🙂
