Yes, surgery. *shudder* Neither of the chiropractors we know would every recommend surgery unless is last the last choice, but they also wouldn’t have me get x-rays, so I’d prob. have to go to and orthopedic doc. I’m sooo glad you like it!! Yeah I tried to write Capture in 2nd person and I had to re-write it like 3 times because it was way harder and wasn’t as good. I guess I just keep linking it since it is easier for me to do. Thanks for your thoughts! 😀 🙂

@daeus no…. 🙁 I asked daddy if I could but he said they’ll just want to “cut on me” if there is a problem, he and I believe in alternative medicine. Lot’s of ice, bee venom salve, peppermint oil

I have an un-official back injury, I fell down our deck stairs when I was 9 or 10 and have had issues ever since, (+ very bad posture). I definitely prefer standing over sitting, i really need to get a exercise ball to sit on I find I feel way better if I use that. I’m hoping to work up to an hour, baby steps I guess….

@daeus That makes more sense, I wish I could do that but my back would revolt. Working for only 30 minutes has me in pain.

@emily yeah that would be a good idea. maybe somehow all intertwine it all in the end.
