Strange and confused can be fun, definitely, but I prefer more realistic scenarios.

I don’t think I’ve ever written anything purely comedic, but I don’t mind watching or reading something purely for fun every now and then. The thing is, my life and family is fairly comedic so I prefer to look for more serious things in fiction 😛

@seekjustice Okay, now I’m really going to have to read King Solomon’s Mines and see if it’s worse than Lysbeth and Pearl Maiden. 😛

But isn’t confused and strange fun?  I love writing confused and strange stories.  Do you ever write comedies?  We established the other night that your characters don’t always die. 😉

Not scared me in a bad way, but thrilled and creeped me out and fascinated me. Haggard just scares me 😛

I only wrote 1k but it was terribly confused and strange. So I went back to my outline. Have you tried the Snowflake method? You might prefer that way of outlining.

@kaya-young Do you hate romance?  My absolute favorite series of all time is on Gutenberg, minus a couple of books.  It’s the Patty Fairfield series by Carolyn Wells.  It’s not all romance, but romance does play a big part.

@kaya-young It’s way to weird for my tastes, so I definitely don’t blame you. 😛 (Never read it, but the synopsis was enough to horrify me.) I do like Haggard’s his-fics though.  They’re not weird.

Justice is two and a half/three years older than Zac. And they are twenty-three and twenty respectively.

Well, I’ve just been reading several histories of British kings and some of my favourite names are the Anglo-Saxon kings…Aethulbert, Aethulwulf, Aethalstan, Aelfred. Great names 😛
