Multiple POVs are lowkey traumatizing for my brain because you have to tie so many different colored strings together. It’s madness. Madness, I tell yea.

@whalekeeper haha! I’m decently nice to my characters…..sometimes. There’s torture on the menu, but it’s not always.
I like the line work on that panel, verrry nice.
my brain: he just got SHOT and is BLEEDING OUT IN A FLOODING UNDERWATER FACILITY and you’re commenting on the LINEWORK????

@whalekeeper ahhh whoops!
well since you’ve already been spoiled, I’ll explain: Crosshair saves another trooper’s life, but the Empire isn’t willing to help him and leaves them both to die in the freezing cold. so Crosshair’s just like “forget this” and decides to defect from the Empire (finally).
Not before he nearly freezes and the other guy…[Read more]

Well then, you’re much less responsible for torture than me, lol. I still haven’t found anyone who’s done the same things I’ve done.
I like the line work on that panel, verrry nice.

I wasn’t responsible for this either:
slight blood warning I guess? it’s not really that bad but still
hope I don’t get kicked off the site for this lol
he lives btw, he’s all scarred up but he makes it out okay.

But it’s a three-way POV, so there are two other MCs.
Three-way POVs for the win. 🙃 I’m doing the same thing with my dream project. It’s so complex though, takes forever to figure out. But it is easier to make one MC less likable and tuck their POV under the rug until they’ve developed enough to root for.

Although, in my defense, I’m not responsible for some of the stuff that happened to my
stolenadopted characters. For example, you can’t say I was behind this:
(u did watch season 2 of bad batch right?? I hope so cause if not, sorry for the spoilers)

I’m just going to let him grow on people as the story goes.
That makes sense. Is he a side character? I feel as if side characters are given more grace when it comes to these things because the story’s POV doesn’t depend on them. Protagonists with that personality are more difficult because readers don’t want to deal with that r…[Read more]

It’s close enough to commute, about 40 minutes one way (so not amazing, but not bad).

Have him see someone else do something “uncomfortable” but right. Let him realize that was the right thing to do.
That’s already in my outline, too!! Golly, I have no idea what I’m doing but at least it seems to be logical. 😂

Yeah, these fanfics don’t surprise us.. XD
I can’t remember the last time I wrote fanfic. The only time I dedicated myself to something like that was when I wrote wholesome fluff for Mysterious Benedict Society, and a crossover between it and Secret Keepers by the same author.
That was maybe five years ago, hehe.
