@ethryndal I know, right? Hugs are so confusing.
@northerner They happened to be doing it this year, and I had decided the week before to just go for it. I’ve missed five years’ worth of opportunities already and I had really wanted to do it. Hugs are a nightmare for me. As a greeting? I would die on the spot! 😛

Been there, done that, except it was an application instead of story words. Story words is worse!

Mostly because I type so fast and I accidentally hit ctrl. a (which highlights all) instead of ctrl. s (which saves) and kept going before the command processed and ended up replacing my entire document (800 pages, 500,000 words, and two years’ worth of work) with those few words I’d typed……[Read more]
