This being said, the only movie I’ve seen with him in it is Avengers. *shrugs* I’d assume he’s fairly similar in the other ones though.

@Dragon-Snapper a character can be an awesome character without being likeable, you know. *folds claws and blinks with dragonish wisdom*

@dragon-snapper Yeah, but oh well. It’d be cool if he and Cap were ever buds, but Marvel can’t be perfect. He’s not really the greatest guy, but he’s a really fun guy.

@Daeus *scowls* It wasn’t supposed to be funny. I encourage people on principle because I believe everyone can do anything they set their mind to, but then I realized you were already well on your way to having that level of skill and I had a flash of premonition. *stomps off muttering* Nobody values our premonitions, precious. Nassssssty peoples.

@Daeus Well read one! What’s worse is I don’t even know what any of his books are. :/
But I did read one time that he kept a rotten apple in his desk drawer for concentration. No, I seriously read that. It has dubious belief on my part. But HEY, never know! You might try it. -

yeah, I’ve found that INFP/INFJ types are way more common amongst writers, I think?
Yep, and iNtuitives in general. But that doesn’t mean Sensors can’t be amazing ones, as @Writefury consistently proves. 😉

@Daeus OF COURSE YOU COULD. And I read Dickens was an ENFP…so you’ve mostly just got Goethe to compete with. Tough luck. 😛 Though I haven’t read any stories by him.
Btw, Prince Hal/Henry V in those movies is an ENFJ.
And did I mention he kept an organic raspberry farm?
All right, not really. But he is an ENFJ. Albeit a less power hungry one…[Read more]

@Daeus YOU CAN DO IT. GO FOR IT. GO FORTH AND CONQUER.

Daeus replied to the topic Hey, interesting internet strangers in the forum Start HERE 8 years, 11 months ago
Okay, I spent the last fifteen minutes looking up famous ENFJ authors and I can’t find any except Goethe and apparently Dickens might be but he also might be an ENFP.
I guess it is up to me. 😮

@Daeus I still don’t quite get it. I mean, I’m not as critical of his work as some others because honestly I can forgive a book a lot of it has at least one good character who really invests me, but I’m still quite at a loss as to how they were ever that huge.
That’s okay though. I don’t really want to be as popular as he was… maybe because it…[Read more]

I second Emma. It’d be tough to get as popular as him though. Not impossible but very very tough.

@radicalglitter Really? Cool. 😀 My last one was 2-3 weeks ago. If you didn’t get that, maybe you need to add my address to your contacts. Just, whatever you do, don’t email me glitter. That would be messy.

Oh well, I guess you can as you appreciate him more as a philosopher on fiction than as an actual fiction writer. I can live with that. I see the point.

@Emma-Flournoy I’m old enough to remember when I speculated quite hopefully that I’d one day stand up to Christopher Paolini… *apologetic cringe* 😛
