@dekreel Those are good! I really like the girl

@perfectfifths Your drawing looks really good too! And a bow and arrow in anything gets my stamp of approval 😉

@mariposa I love the Aberdeen comics though!!!

@dragon-snapper I kind of like Evelyn, but I think I’m gonna go with something shorter

@jane-maree Yup, I’ll have to flip open those baby names books!

@dekreel Yay! Yeah proportions are a struggle for me. when i look back at some of my drawings, i laugh and cringe at the same time.

hmm…..you want to see some manga, you say……don’t expect too much. I’ll try to post a picture or two soon. I took pictures of my drawings on my tablet, but for some reason moving pics from there to my laptop…[Read more]

@itisastarrynight Well, of course you don’t wanna info dump, but try to weave in parts throughout the story. Maybe just hint at what happened to your MC’s past that’s making him hurt.

I think it’s realistic to be affected like this after someone close to you has died. You never forget them. They visit your thoughts still every so often. Accepting…[Read more]

@livgiordano Here’s the link! I hope this will answer some questions for you. I’m sorry it took me so long to get it to you…

@waterlily I would definitely read this! It sounds interesting.

@skredder I really like the idea! I read the beginning you posted too.👍 Garrett is actually my brother’s name, so, therefore, I like it. 😉

Hehe, I always copy/paste your tag…..

You might already have plenty of responses from others, but I think Pic Monkey and iStock Photos have free pictures.

@pickupyourpenandwrite Welcome!!! YOU’RE IN ENGLAND?! I want to go there soooooo bad! Do you like soccer (or I guess you might call it football)? If so, do you follow a team/club? What are your favorite books? Fave genres? Do you have any pets?

Sorry for the showering of questions 😊

@sam-kowal yeah, it’s really cool! Last time I saw him was when my family went to a Christmas eve service. I told him that I just finished reading his book, I really enjoyed it, and that I was a writer too. He even told me that he would critique the first chapter of my next novel!!! I had to hold in my squeal until I got into the car.

He actually…[Read more]

@epicaddie2 Oh my goodness I love what you did to Daeus’ pic!

You know you are a writer when you hear a song and go, “Oh! That would go perfect in that one scene I am working on!” This happens to me So. Many. Times.

You know you’re a writer when you start editing the book you’re reading.

You know you’re a writer when you see a stranger, decide they look exactly like one of your characters, and feel comp…[Read more]

@dekreel Oh, sorry, I think I misunderstood. I actually do most of my reading in the car on the way to places, and the other reading I do near the laptop is school reading. Would school reading count too?

@seekjustice Yes, this is helpful! Been brainstorming pen names. I like the first name Evelyn, but I usually like shorter names. Any ideas?

Also, if anyone else has any short pen name ideas, it would be appreciated 😉@mariposa @seekjustice @jane-maree @dragon-snapper @audrey-caylin

@mariposa Wow, you like a lot of movie soundtracks! I like the Marvel and Star Wars soundtracks.

I’ll have to check out Dinosaur, ’cause my family likes the Jurassic Park movies too.

@jane-maree Thank you, this is very helpful! Your blog was one of the first I followed so I could get a feel of blogging, and I’ve been really enjoying it and you!❤

@jane-maree Thank you! yeah, I’d love some book recommendations!!!

@sam-kowal I had to read Tale of Two Cities for school. I recently finished York by Laura Ruby and Merlin’s Blade by Robert Treskillard. It’s really cool ’cause my family used to go to church with Mr. Treskillard.
