This angel doesn’t have wings, so he’s quite agile. The fighting arena is flat, so no parkour I’m afraid (saving that for a later book!). 🙂

@joy-schmidt welcome back! I thought you had been frightened away by the lunacy of several of our more… eh… eccentric members *cough* @hope *cough**cough* but am glad to find myself mistaken. XD
Have you written anything more lately? -

@warrioroftherealm ooh boy. Her only chance is to be quicker and lighter and wear him out, if one can wear an angel out… 😛

Alright. Female character goes up against strong, evil male angel character in sword fight. She’s skilled in sword fighting, but is not nearly as strong as the villain. How would she fight him without…[Read more]

@daeus 😀 Maybe Theron’s life motto should be ‘gone fishin’. 😛 That, or something to do with ice cream. Ice cream noodles?
@kate-flournoy He’s certainly one of my happier characters. -

One of the judges in the bible was left-handed and because of it, he defeated the evil king Eglon.

@joy First of all, I’m going to say something unusual.
If you can give up on writing, do so. Fiction writing is literally the worst type of work ever. Only an idiot would be a writer. Now, if you’re reading this and going, “Noooooo! Don’t say that. *tears* I can’t stop!” — if that’s the case, then please, please, please keep writing. If I can’t…[Read more]

@the-real-kapeefer Actually Daniel, you got the answer wrong. It’s a 2009 Pixar film about an old man, a house, and way too many balloons. 😉

Hey, @aislinn-mollisong! Man, I haven’t watched that one yet. I’ll have to go watch it now just in case the Real KaPeefer says that one was the hardest.

@joy Isn’t it so nice to have other writers to relate too?! I’ve definitely been in your position many times.
A bit of the same encouragement Kate and the Acorn Man gave you… Don’t give up! I know it’s hard not to find criticism discouraging, but it’s actually just a stepping stone in your writing journey. (But don’t feel silly for feeling…[Read more] -

@the-real-kapeefer I knew we wouldn’t be able to keep you away forever :p So, welcome. You’re officially apart of the secret snobish KP club.
Perhaps your appearance will encourage Anna to join?We can ask anything?!
Which KP video was the hardest to shoot and why? -

@the_real_kapeefer Well, this is a day I thought would never come. What’s up, Daniel?

Kate Flournoy replied to the topic Question in the forum General Writing Discussions 9 years ago
@joy you’re not being silly for feeling hurt. But you are being silly if you let it stop you.
I don’t think any of us will ever entirely escape that kind of hurt, and if we all stopped because where we are right now isn’t where we wish we were, no one would ever write anything.
So. Don’t stop. Criticism always hurts, but you can learn from it…[Read more] -

@the-real-kapeefer Not exaggerated? 😛 Taking over his business?
Heh heh. I think I just found the plot for the sequel to the sequel, LKD fans. 🙂
But either way, that’s awesome that you’re writing. 😀
