I’m beginning to feel very alone, actually. Is there anyone on here who does the normal Christmas thing? (i.e. presents, Christmas service {this year it’s on Sunday! Yay!}, Christmas tree, Christmas feast, Christmas cookies, Christmas lights)???

  @perfectfifths It will be warm over here in Australia, but I think it might be cold in USA. 😉 (now I actually don’t celebrate Christmas) but have you ever thought it odd to have carols about snow and sleighs when it’s in summer??? Make me think of Olaf from Frozen. hehe. Have an awesome day.

    @bluejay Yes! It is odd! That’s why we have a CD of Aussie Christmas carols (ever heard Aussie Jingle Bells? 😀 )
    May I ask why is it you don’t celebrate Christmas?

      I think I have, but I can’t remember it off the top of my head.
      Um, kinda complicated, but the base of it is, we don’t see the point. Yes, celebrating the birth of Christ is awesome, but hey, we should do that everyday.       @bluejay Yeah, I totally get that! I agree that celebrating Jesus’ birth should be an everyday occurrence (I’ve been hearing that a lot this year) But we love Christmas as a holiday as well, so it’s like a little extra to that celebration one day a year; we decorate, we make presents for all our friends and family (most of the time a lot of the…[Read more]
