I have another question… Can you tell the character on the left is a right? It would be a bit more obvious when I have the final character models, but this is all I have for now.

Yeah, texturing is the hardest part for me. I can do lighting pretty well if I’m concentrating on that.. That’s how I got the metallic look. ^_^

@kate-flournoy I personally don’t see a huge distinction between personal and universal themes since it seems to me like several themes, like love or mercy, could really fit into either category depending on what kind of story it is. @ethryndal Yep; I’m totally with you. That’s what tends to frustrate me the most about much of contemporary fiction. There’s a lot of popular novels out there that are entertaining stories, but not much more than that. =P

@leumeister Now that you’ve added more to the spaceship, it seems to me that the characters might look a little squished down there at the bottom. My suggestion would be to move them up to the center side by side and make them in the background with fading. Working on their expressions could add that element of question if you do it right.

@aratrea I like being able to include everything that works together as a puzzle (like what Kate said in the first lesson 😛 ) and work together like gears in a clock. The Theme seems to tie all the lose ends I had before.
