You know you are a writer when you accidentally touch an electric fence, but after the pain is over, are actually kind of happy because now you can describe electrocutions so much more realistically.

@Dragon-Snapper yes… you also know you’re a writer when you have to explain to your chiropractor that your hip is out of place because you slipped and fell on your hardwood floor… while choreographing a fight scene. 😛

You know you’re a writer when you narrate your characters alone and your dog glances at you like you’re crazy.
