Sorry, it took me a while to get to that thing, but I finally did!

What you’ve got looks all right. You’re setting up a war and a villain within their own ranks. The prologue does make this more interesting with the old warrior who doesn’t want to be a hero contrasted with his younger self, who is far more eager to fight. Keep it…[Read more]

This year marks the 75th anniversary of Narnia. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was published back in 1950. It also happens to be 20 years since the Disney film was released. I promised my sister a Narnia illustration to celebrate it a while ago, and finally got around to finishing it!

My friend, who is into online security, got back to me. He thinks creating accounts anywhere is fine, as long as you use false personal information and don’t reuse passwords. So as long as we are not sharing any personal information on the site, Notion should be fine.

Alternatively, he recommended we could just use Microsoft…[Read more]

I understand your concern and have looked into it. I will see if I can find something else to use. I have a friend who is very much into security (he has his Bible app on his phone disguised as something else), and I see what his recommendation is.

With that said, I may be asking people to help create accounts on a few…[Read more]

@esther-c

All right, thank you for letting me know where you are at. It’s all right if you aren’t able to help. I understand if you are busy.

@esther-c

Hey, did you see the last message I sent for people who want to be moderators on the new site?

@elishavet-pidyon

Hey, how is figuring out Notion going?

I am a part of The Next C. S. Lewis Foundation, actually, lol.

Neat!

@ellette-giselle @loopylin @whalekeeper @elishavet-pidyon @esther-c (Realized I was confusing the last two of you as one person. Oops! Too many names starting with ‘E’. Esther, did you see the thing about Notion for people who are interested in helping to get this website started/moderating)

I wanted to let you guys know about a girl named Eva…[Read more]

@elishavet-pidyon

Sounds good!

@loopylin

Thank you! I have added you to the Notion workspace! Please look through the pages I have on there.

@loopylin

For some reason, now I’m tempted to try drawing in that position, ha ha.

Personally, I find I draw better if I’m lying down on the floor than sitting at a desk. My dad has never understood that.

The links were posted earlier in this forum.

@loopylin @elishavet-pidyon

Just checking, did you both see the thing about Notion and the place to share the email address you use to sign up so that I can add you to the project?

@ellette-giselle

I signed in. with my work email. Do you have that?

I don’t think so. I just have your proton email. Can you send it to me please, either using the Google doc or with your other email address?

@ellette-giselle

It’s 50/50 if I get notifs. Today they are working.

Yup…

is it something I have top download, because my laptop tends to crash and burn when I try to download apps.

Uh oh…

Well, it can run in a browser as well. So you can try that, and no download will be necessary.

@ellette-giselle

Oh, did you not see the thing about Notion I posted above?

Notion is a notetaking software I would like to use for the planning team as it has some useful features in it. This will allow us to assign tasks to each other, share our work, and check the progress with each other. It’s more convenient than email in that way. Is that…[Read more]

@ellette-giselle

wait what? I didn’t add those……. odd.

Intreating.

What are you building this in?

And yes, I should be using my proton address.

All right. Let me know when you have Notion set up, and I will add you in.

@ellette-giselle

Sorry, I forgot to reply to this yesterday.

*sigh* I’ve done everything I can to make that work. I have a SEO spreadsheet of things to do open and have done everything save the social media tagging, and so far it’s not gone anywhere. Not sure what I can do to make it work better.

Hmm. I would have to see it to know what the pro…[Read more]

@loopylin

Just downloaded it and it seems like a helpful app. I’m assuming you can collaborate on it?

Yes, we can collaborate, so I think it will be quite convenient for us.

I will need to add your email to the workspace to invite you. Could you open up this document and request access with the same Email address you used to sign up for Notion? I…[Read more]

1. We’ve done role-plays in the General Writing section, but I think it would be great to have a separate section for them. It would be easier to keep up with them if they aren’t buried, at the same time dividing them from more “discussion” topics. They really are a separate concept.

2. I noticed a typo while you were preview…
