Honestly, I think it shows how much I’ve learned about character arcs so far. Originally, I had no backstory for Blake, and he was just sort of this flat character that made everything in Kara’s world perfect again. Now that I’ve built his backstory, he’s so much more.

Well…I’m wrestling with the idea of submitting an article. I have a few ideas on what it could be about but nothing solid yet…the theme would be on overcoming discouragement by having a daily quiet time with God, and how focusing on God can effect how we see ourselves, our writing, and our future.

Well, I say go for it. The worst that can happen is failure. 😛 So comforting, right?
Not going to lie; articles are harder to get published than, say, poems, (I tried and was rejected a few years back) but if you never try you’ll never know.
