@elishavet-pidyon ok so the character death topic refuses to load for me rn so I hope you see this here.

I really loved reading the short story! I’m now really curious about these characters and I want to know their backstories and what happens next. Is it from something you’re working on currently?

As for the challenge, I didn’t cry, but it still did make me sad. I think if I was already more familiar with the characters before reading it, I might have. That last sentence after the whole build up with the morning light coming in through the window just made my face drop.

Often, dramatic sad scenes in stories make me go numb very quickly and stop caring about the characters. Part of the point of the challenge was to get away from that, which you did. Also, making me cry is such a fuzzy, difficult goal, so I still want to draw one of your characters, if you want to give me a description. :]

I don’t have work today because of a thunderstorm so I plan on drawing all afternoon

    • Well, I am seeing it now. ;p
Yay, I’m glad you liked them. They’re both part of the serial story Koshka and I are writing. The snippet you got will be part of the appendix section about Onnendel.

I’m glad it was an emotional piece, but not too dramatic. 🙂 I am so happy it made you sad. (Weird thing to say, but true, lol.)
AWESOME! ok. XD What about Viktor? Since you’ve interacted in the RPs, I’d like to see how you translate his personality. A quick description:
Average height for a 14-year-old boy. He has a narrow face, black-brown eyes, black curly hair that’s cut shortish (just long enough to rumple on itself), and fair olive skin. Hypertrophic scarring runs up the back of his neck (which may not be visible considering angle) and his hands (mostly the palms). His right hand has nerve/tendon damage, so the ring and smallest finger never fully extend. In the book, he wears a Slavic style harvest shirt with red embroidery tucked into full pants (wool, if that matters. They’re probably brown but could be any natural color that fits the color scheme you end up working with) that gather into a cuff below his knee, soft leather boots. If you want, he sometimes wears a black wool vest (Kinda Serbian or Turkish) embroidered with Polish style flowers, which is basically his Sunday Best. He also could wear a woven sash/belt that he tucks a small pouch/script into. Personality wise, you already know him some. He’s an INFJ if that helps anything. XD

And I’m a day late. XD Thanks for the challenge etc. I’ll look forward to seeing what you draw.

      • @loopylin I don’t mean to bug you, I’m just curious, and I know sometimes I need to be nudged a little. Have you drawn any of this yet? I can send a different character description if this one is not working.
Anyway. Just excited to see what you do. =D

        • @elishavet-pidyon I completely forgot lol. Thanks for the reminder! I’ve be so disoriented lately, I got up this morning and started getting ready for church. On a Monday. 🤦‍♀️
Anyways, I’ll start drawing Victor tonight :]
