That’s a new one. Cool!
Oh yeah and yay! Ascendance Trilogy! Her books inspired most of my writing. Sage is definitely the best of the two, though I haven’t read hardly any of the Mark of the Thief books. Which of the three books is your favorite? Mine is probably The Runaway King, but the False…[Read more]

Hmmm… Maybe you should tell Marvel they stole your idea then you can do it. 😛
To rouse the people more than just spying, maybe the government promises something more than protection. Money, protection, free cars, something they may want. They could also threaten the people to help…you know, ‘or else’ kinda thing. -

So, you sound a lot like me. Homeschooled. Laughing at your own jokes. I do too. Drawing. Awesome; I sketch. I’ve been writing to three years too!! And really, medieval based fantasy! Same! And I love cookies.

Oh yeah…heh. 😛 @daeus
Well, I kinda like the black and white idea, but I would be warned to make it readable. I don’t know what your thinking of, but what I have in my head is hard to read. And are you planning on keeping the guy in addition to the noose and the girl?? or would you loose one of them. All three of those would look cluttered. I…[Read more] -

@daeus Just a thing about that guy (who I’m assuming is Edwin Brooke)…at first glance it looks as if he is holding an axe, not a cane. (or is it even a cane) And I also am not sure about all the faded letters in his face.

@daeus Very good!
I have a few suggestions, though.
In the second sentence, you use the word ‘his’ quite a bit. Overly so.His dedication to his wronged family is powerful enough to bring him through any trial, but his youth and inexperience hold him back.
Maybe you could write it as: “Dedication to his wronged family can bring him…[Read more]

I know that some of you don’t celebrate it as much as I do (we go all out), but I wanted to say Merry Christmas.

To those of you who do, and those who do not, celebrate Christmas, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Merry Christmas Eve anyway!

I’m beginning to feel very alone, actually. Is there anyone on here who does the normal Christmas thing? (i.e. presents, Christmas service {this year it’s on Sunday! Yay!}, Christmas tree, Christmas feast, Christmas cookies, Christmas lights)???

@bluejay Well, the swords have some plastic in them, which really hurts on the head, especially when the foam falls off. Ouch. But yeah, if you only use those, then ouch. ouch ouch. More ouch than melted chairs. Which I did not do. 😛
