It reminded her of a time she found dried chocolate on her mother’s doilies and licked it off. It turned out to be candle wax.

I feel like I have done something m similar to this before.

I do not plan to return her right away, so Gabriel’s gonna have to cope. If he knows how. It’ll probably involve killing things.
