@dekreel Haha!
Hey, this looks like a cool college. Nice academics. Cool website. Looks like it’s not too far from home either, only two hours… What kind of majors do they have? Communications–that’s good. Scroll down. Scroll around. Scroll down. Ummm… OK. *exits out of tab* No writing majors or minors. You’re out, so quit sending me mail. XD

You know you’re a writer when you decide not to go to a certain college because they don’t have any writing majors or minors…
You know you’re a writer when your only excuse for not reading is because you’re writing instead.

I was in the waiting room of a hospital ( I wasn’t ill or anything) and was reading a really good book. It’s called Addison Blakey: Confessions of a Pk and at one point I’m sure I was laughing out loud. I don’t know what the people at the hospital were thinking
@pickupyourpenandwrite Maybe something along the lines of, “Should we take this gi…[Read more]

@rocheillanne
You know you’re a bookworm when you get so engrossed in a book that when a character shrugs, you shrug, and when a character bangs his head, you get a headache.
I used to do this all the time when I read the Magic Tree House books. Whenever Jack shuddered, I shuddered. And all the things he did. XD I do that when I write too.…[Read more]

@dekreel It’s awesome isn’t it!
XD I might or might not have done that. Especially with some sort of dramatic music playing in the background?
You know you’re a writer when you talk to your character as you draw them, or scream at them, telling them to let you draw their nose or else… or else… or else you’ll kill them off!
But it’s an…[Read more]

You know you’re a writer when you make Miis of your character on your Wii.
You know you’re a writer when you miss your character after a few days of not writing.
You know you’re a writer when you say things mainly because it’s a good line.
You know you’re a writer when basically everything in life goes back to writing applications.

Well you all are geniuses.
I mean really. I’ve been struggling with this stuck-ed-ness for months.
I took a five day break.
SO WHY DIDN’T A TAKE A BREAK SOONER!
I went back to writing today after missing it…for once XD… and wrote 1397 words that I actually like in one sitting.
So yeah. I LOVE WRITING AGAIN AND THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!…[Read more]

@supermonkey42 I think it’s sad that someday there might not be first hand sources people can look back on and form their own opinion about history. So by all means, write down how your ancestors came from Ireland! History is important and it should be preserved.
Let me know if you write about your Irish heritage! I have quite a bit of Irish…[Read more]

@rochellaine I like Blueberria too, I’m not sure about Blueberries and Envelopes though.
I have a few title suggestions, I’m not sure if they are any good but here you go:
- The Boy Who Loved Blueberries
- A Blueberry For Oliver (or whatever you call him)
- A Ticket to Blueberria
- How to Get a Blueberry in Blueberria
- Licking Envelopes: How W…

@valtmy Thank you! Yes, finding a good way to present information has been the biggest challenge, (mentally, I haven’t actually started writing anything yet) and that was something I’ve needed to work through first. I really like your idea of covering the same event in one chapter but from multiple perspectives.
Thanks again for taking the time…[Read more]

@rochellaine Okay, for some reason I cannot open the link…hmmm.
BUT. Of the names that other people mentioned, I like Caleb, Oliver, and Ben (although maybe Benny would work too…?). Anyway, hopefully I can actually read the story sometime. *kicks computer*
