@writefury, thanks for your suggestion. 🙂 I’ve written a short story once but, honestly, they aren’t really my thing. 😛 I guess they’re just short (I know, that’s the point. 😛 Haha. 😉 ). But I’ve always liked longer stories. And this may come as a shock, but for me, short stories are sorta difficult to write. I know…weird :’D But it’s true, for me.

@bluejay, one Indiana city bordering Ohio is Union City, and it’s actually pretty interesting because it is split between the two states (which is why it’s called “Union” City). @bluejay I live about an hour from the border…what is close? Edgerton, IN is right smack on the border. It’s zipcode is 46797. There is a main street, center street, railroad street, Dawkins road, Bertha street, a church, and not much else. 😉

You can get city names and zipcodes and all that with Googlemaps.

Thanks, @daeus! I agree that planning is probably the cause of my problem. I will definitely work harder on structuring my stories and thinking things through before I put my fingers to the keyboard.
