Oh! Nahim could get Nora’s ring, since that is magical and make swords that can be controlled by it. They wouldn’t be sentient or rational, but they would half wield themselves, making it easier for the newcomers. Good or bad?

It doesn’t effect my characters, so I don’t care. It might go well with what I just said.

It might make sense that characters with less skill would be given them to compensate, so if @trailblazer, @acancello, and/or @esther-c want crystal swords for their characters, that would work.

Okay. But I think he should only make the crystal swords if there are people who specifically want their character to get one. Mine won’t, because they’re swords are already about as good.

Yeah, lack of gunpowder would make guns impossible, and the crystals for those swords are supposed to be rare, and probably wouldn’t exist in Lillen at all.

Personally I’d rather the don’t make any of those, because they would totally make other weapons obsolete. I’d rather not write Ellis and Kate wielding guns, lol.

But if he makes those than why would any of the characters use other weapons?

That’s never happened to me, but I’ve seen a lot of people mention that happening. Copying it first seems like a good safeguard, but you’ll have to reapply an italics/bold.

Yes, he has human-like weapons, and advanced ones at that. Pistols, shotguns, grenades, the like. He can also freeze his enemies with icebreath or whip them with the six sharp spikes on the end of his tail. Or punch them.

Ellis, Ottoline, Snake, and Kaine need to start training the Lillenings. This should be interesting… Ellis is probably the only one trained in traditional combat. Ottoline can only use a bow, Kaine I don’t think is trained at all, and Snake probably doesn’t use any sort of normal combat style, right? Does he even use weapons?
