@Aratrea To be able to have more of an idea of how to weave a good theme into a novel, and make it a novel for Christ without sounding preachy.

Woah! I am surrounded by dragons, well, I guess that either means this is a really safe place, or, I’m about to die. : D
@graceofspades2017 Yes, I am an elf, so, I was speaking Quenya(Yes, a form of the elven tongue of Middle Earth). I’m glad you’re impressed, most people think I’m crazy and that it is a “useless” language to learn(and speak).…[Read more]

I’m having a few issues with the Theme Mastery Course, with the forum (paid for). I click on the link for discussion Q’s, and it says “Page not found.” Is there something wrong with the link?
Thanks! -

God bless @bethanysinkyroses! It can really be hard to be able to focus on God when we are surrounded by the tulmont of voices in this world. God’s love is amazing. I’m so lad to hear that you are savouring your relationship with God. Don’t forget, always focus on being the tree from psalm one, even in the midst of psalm 2.

Yes, deep conversations are great, it involves thinking. Thinking is good.
*Snorts with laughter* Well, I will admit I have had a few run-ins with snakes, almost trodden on a few, but hey! Adds some excitement to life. And as for spiders, *shrugs* They hang around, not too…[Read more] -

Hi @bethanysinkyroses, god’s been teaching me a lot in the last little while.
I guess some of the main things are that I can not be 100% brilliant at everything, so, just to appreciate being who He made me to be.
And the other main one is to glorify Him in all I do, that I may be a light to the rest of the world. Not to conform, but to transform.…[Read more] -

Yay! That’s good. I guess I’ll add that to something to learn now! *Grins* It’s always useful to play guitar, cos when people ask you if you’re musical they expect you to be able to play it. They often don’t get that some of us mightn’t. *Sighs* But now, I guess I can give it a shot. @that_writer_girl_99

I used to be ambidextrous, but my teacher found it annoying and only let me use my right hand, so, right handed. Left legged though. @that_writer_girl_99

Oh cool! I love guitar. My cousin, brother, sister, mother and a few friends all play it, and I can’t even hold one right! *frowns* I’d like to learn, but I mean, that’s yet another instrument. Would you say it’s worth it @that_writer_girl_99 ?

Hey! Slytherin just mean you’re ambitious and assertive, that’s a good thing.
I reckon that the series would have been better had the main character been someone more interesting, like Luna. I mean, that would be cool. Or the twins. Or Nevil. Harry just annoyed me. @that_writer_girl_99 -

@Emma-Flournoy I sooo know what you mean, with like, your siblings/friends WIP’s being the most epic books of epicness! And I am glad you like Tolkien. That is good.
Very good.
Because I am known to write essays to people who don’t on why they should.

@Elizabeth
As for Harry Potter, ah, that’s always an interesting topic. It isn’t my absolute favorite, probably cos I didn’t really lie Harry, and the whole series was ruined for me by my two older siblings. But, I can still tell you a few things.
I am in Ravenclaw, and I play Chaser. My wand is 12 inches, willow with a core of dragon heart…[Read more] -

@Kate Flournoy Hi! I feel like this place is amazing so far.
My current WIP? Um, I’m plotting out a dystopian trilogy, which is really interesting (I think) so far. But I’m also editing a medieval trilogy I wrote last Camp NaNo. And as for preferred genre, well, to write, sci-fi, fantasy, anything that mean I can escape reality and completely…[Read more] -
