Jem felt like banging his head against the ship’s viewing window, but he was almost certain that would wobble his brains in the wrong way.

Instead, he automatically slid across the floor away from the girl, feet never moving, as if on a sheet of ice.

He stared at her from afar. “I am… from Earth, now.”

Someone bumped into Jem’s back, and he instantly curled over himself, tilting his head up to peer at her.

It was a beautiful girl, with eyes that shone like sleeping nebulae.

Jem gave her a grin, and traced his bare foot against the metal floor panels. “Are you a space princess?”

Yeah… technically she was the scarlet witch in the comics, but… I think they took it too far, especially because her powers were from experimentation, not magic

Outlining was interesting… I basically ended up with an extended blurb type thing, if that makes sense. I have to go back and probably will end up changing the Korwin scene up a little… We’ll see lol. My mentor has been super helpful though and she’s a big reason for me actually getting some work done XD

Really well, actually! I finally got the whole thing outlined (which yeah should have happened earlier XD) so that I actually knew exactly what to write, at least in general… So Healer is slowly getting more writing done, but that should be faster now since I’m out of the “go back and plot” phase lol.
