@His-Instrument great questions.
My first thought is that comparing the practice of using an alias to protect one’s life to pretending madness is a little extreme. For one, your name is not who you are. It’s just what people call you. ‘By their fruit you shall know them’, not ‘by their name’.
That said, I believe it’s a fair question and…[Read more] -

@that_writer_girl_99 @graciegirl @dragon-snapper It’s absolutely fine! If you ever change your mind, remember, the position is still open! (And if you’re bored or something and feel like reading something new, you can message me and I’ll send a story or two your way.) 😀

@shannon, I need your opinion, and basically, tell me what you would change. If a sentence comes off wrong, or a word should be different. Spelling is a side issue, and I can handle that on my own. But fragmented words, and sentences would be nice to know about. Basically, read my story as if you were a reader, reading it for pleasure, and tell me…[Read more]

@Allison-Grace *sniffs* They already said it all.
I’ll just second what @Daeus said; you can have as many themes as you think will work, so long as they’re all related and complement each other. For instance, if your primary theme is honesty, your supporting themes could be telling the truth in love and/or telling the truth even when it’s ugly.…[Read more] -

@allison-grace I was just working on the themes for my sequel, so I can compare my two theme-experiences.
For my first book, I wanted to have way more than one theme. In fact, I had nearly seven-ish themes. Then, I cut it back down to two. Although I managed to make them work, I found it extremely difficult to tackle. Now, I’m just working with…[Read more] -

@Allison-Grace as Daeus said, two themes is absolutely fine as long as one is the primary theme and one is supporting.
ALSO I HUGELY RECOMMEND THEME MASTERY. Just so you know. XD -

@dragon-snapper Well, too many adjectives give him a stomachache, too many adverbs give him a headache, and cliches make him sneeze. 😉
