Starting. My strength? Coming up with ideas once I’ve finally started.

I, too, struggle with pretty much every weakness listed so far (consistency, editing, confidence, using the right tense, etc).

I’m still discovering my strengths, but usually, once I start writing I can crank out a decent plot 🙂
