Yes, I know for a fact that at least Jane Powell (Milly) and Howard Keel (Adam) used their real singing voices. I think Russ Tamblyn (Gideon) did too, since he did a lot of other musical films, but they dubbed him in West Side Story, so they might have dubbed him here.
