*grins* @Bluejay I know you were joking. 😉 *hugs you back*
Putting a brick on your head, eh? Interesting. I don’t care enough to try. 😀
Oh and @Brandon-Miller, I have no doubt Nebraska’s great too. 🙂

Hey @Bluejay! It’s not like I can help how tall I am! It’s only one or two inches’ difference, anyway, and I don’t lord it over her. 😛
And I have plenty of feelings, Tessa. Trust me. 😀 -

@Brandon-Miller
It was nice to be able to root for the main character and support his moral actions in a film without compromising my own!*gasp* I know EXACTLY what you mean!!!
Oh, welcome to Kingdom Pen. 😀 The more comedians the better. Oh, and do you live in the Ohio midwest?

Heh. What they said, @Rolena-Hatfield. 😛
The story itself was engaging (and intriguing!!), but I noticed lots of structural issues, most noticeably past and present tense intermingled, and missing commas. Many words that could be switched around and/or changed for clearer meaning and smoother reading, too.Also, the last sentence—I would say…[Read more]

And of course, The Princess Bride. I don’t think that one is so awesome for its characters (except for Humperdink, who is SO well done 😛 And Fezzik…and Count Rugen…and Vizzini…well, I guess it’s mostly just Westly and Buttercup who aren’t incredible. *gulp*) as much as it is for the dialogue and relationships. The dialogue is just too…[Read more]

@Daeus Just dropping you a line to let you know you’re doing quite nicely distinguishing sincerity from craziness. *thumbs up*

@Alia Hey, Monsters Inc is great. 😀
LotR, and lots of British period dramas are near the top. Especially North and South.
Oh, and another Frank Capra/Jimmy Stewart one that is AWESOME is Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Anyone seen that? -

I’m sorry, I know this isn’t my conversation, but I have to say thank you so much for writing this, ‘Depression is a result of worry. Depression kills your joy and the joy of the Lord is your strength. When you aren’t worrying, you’re stronger and nothing seems impossible.’, @Daeus. I so needed that. Seeing other people say this kind of thing rat…[Read more]

@Kate-Flournoy NO! It’s good!! I love it!
When you start analyzing a dinner conversation from your character’s point of view.
@Rolena-Hatfield That’s hilarious, though. 😀

Neat stuff, @Kate-Flournoy. I hadn’t seen all of those. I especially like #5 (Creation vs. Evolution) and #13 (Lincoln’s face. Shall we get into the Lincoln debate, or not get into the Lincoln debate? 😉 ).
The thing I learned from going out west is that Ohio is awesome.
That’s great, @Daeus. I agree wholeheartedly. 🙂
