Yeah, the lore is my favorite part of smps. If you can find a good one where the lore isn’t too edgy or strange than it’s quite a experience. That’s cool! I got the hermitcraft season 9 world download awhile ago and explored it a bit. Ah man! I’d be happy to play some Minecraft with you sometime!

@ellette-giselle

I kinda forgot about the art challenge, I might just be too busy and stressed for it. I’ll probably jump back in a couple prompts later.

@keilah-h

Thanks! Yeah it’s a favorite quote of mine lol. It’s from LDshadowlady in the life smp, same one I mentioned above to Ellette.

Maybe whoever wins becomes the next prompter and the next judge/one of the next judges, that seems like a fair deal.

@jonas

Good with me! What kind of setting will the characters be dropped into?

@keilah-h @loopylin

Thanks guys!

@ellette-giselle

I think I’ve already posted some Marvel fanart awhile back!

I’m working on fanart for a minecraft smp I watch online rn, and I don’t really want to promote it to the younger crowd here lol. It’s not that bad, just not made for kids either.

@loopylin

Thanks! It’s ok, don’t worry about it. Just knowing your thinking of me helps < 3

That’s great! I’d love to see some of it if you do start posting again!

Oh, fun. I’ve never played dnd because the groups can be so secular. I still remember trying to study next to my schools dnd club in the lobby and they could not hold the Fbombs in.…[Read more]

Cool! Nice to meet you. My dad works in software : )

Yeah, it’s weird how we’re all Americans lol. My sisters writing forum has a lot of Europeans.

I like the sound of the narrow path trilogy! I love crows, my other penname is actually Corvuss. I get that feeling, my book was heavily influenced by the city of ember and I…[Read more]

Thanks for the prayers < 3

that all sounds like a lot of fun!

I actually haven’t heard of most of those movies, but I do plan on watching hacksaw ridge. And I also really like the Captain America movies!

Those sounds cool! I guess I haven’t been keeping up… my favorite act is Light Balance Kids but it’s been awhile since…[Read more]

I was wondering @jonas … what would you like to mean by “summoned to a fantastical world”? Normally characters pop into the roleplay out of nowhere and have to process how they got there, I feel as if that takes a lot of time. Maybe instead, we can pretend the characters already existed in this world and it’s more of an alternate reality for the…[Read more]

Since I can’t decide, I’m going to use my default character since he’s familiar and easy to write in any given situation. Using a new character slows me down and I don’t want this roleplay to dwindle.

Marcel

(His city registered name is Marcellus, I didn’t know someone else would use the same name but here we are. XD He will go by this, and…[Read more]

@jonas

I actually wanted to start a more structured roleplay like this, so kudos to you for starting it first.

@loopylin

I don’t know which characters I want to use either.

@hybridlore

I’m not trying to steal the way you see everything, it’s just so interesting finding out how a real person with synesthesia would think about them 😅

Totally! I love going down the research rabbit hole to tell you the truth. I know some people despise that part of writing, but it’s just so fuuuun.

Also, purely curiosity, what color is…

You can judge or write, whichever you want.

@rae

No problemo, are you game to judge? :]

@hybridlore

Wow. I LOVE that description. Do you mind if I use it or something similar?

It’s all yours! Literally use anything you want, I don’t mind XD

@keilah-h

Keilah is a watery green, like a piece of sea glass 🙂

make nameplates for your family or friends, like to hang on their walls or something, and each letter is the color you imagine for it.

Funny thing, our family sometimes divides things by colors for each kid. As a little girl, I suggested what each person’s color should be, and…[Read more]

@keilah-h

Yeah, it’s slow going though. I’m real sick so I can’t really do any work. I did finish the front cover of OLH and it looks really good, I have it on my wall as a poster right now. I really just make fanart right now because it’s fun and doesn’t feel like work, but I still do some writing and worldbuilding for my comics every now and then : D

@hybridlore

If you have time, I would LOVE to hear examples. Like, describing the things you see/feel/hear and what happens when you do.

Okay um… *Thinks about where to start*

So grapheme-color synesthesia is the most common type. I see letters and numbers with colors. Look at a letter, and use your imagination as hard as you can to picture the…[Read more]

Oh my goodness, how did I not know that before?? I am so glad though. (You may be bombarded with questions in the near future. ;))

That’s fine with me! 😂 I even wrote a ten-page research paper on the subject, so I’ve done the research dive myself and it is certainly complicated.

I’m not sure what the proper names are for all of hers, (…
