I think them hiding that they’re from the future would create a nice sort of tension undercurrent with them and the resistance. Those are some good ideas. I never thought about them trying to hide they were from the future. I’ll have to toy with that.

Now I have to ask, what is a Chekov’s gun? I’ve never heard of that.

I think I just came up with a fantastic idea. It’s one of those, “do this exactly and everything will work wonderfully” type things. Of course, sometimes those don’t work out, but sometimes they do, so here I go.

Actually…umm (*blushes and averts eyes*) I was thinking of one of my own books in which I’ve done this (how well I’ve done it is for others to judge, but I think it came off pretty well). It is hard to find a book that has romance but where it’s not a super big part of the story…my mind is blank right now, but I’ll tell you if I think of any.
