Okay, first: what do you mean by “cycle continues”? Are you saying this cycle of the dictator assassinating himself and the son finding out keeps happening over multiple generations? Or am I confused?

@josiahdeboer No–we’re going to make sure that doesn’t happen. All previously published forum and post content will remain (though some of our pages will be updated); they’ll just now be more elegant, faster, and mobile-accessible.

(The Young Writer’s Workshop by Brett Harris and Jaquelle Crowe) Since I’m editing my first novella, I ask her questions related to that. She has traditionally and self published. I’ve not been on here much lately either.

I’m glad you like the blurbs. They are both for the same story. I think it’s deviated a little from there, but that’s still basically the story I’m trying to tell. It’s a good reminder to refocus it. I’ve gotten a bit bogged down in details.

This sounds really cool! I use something similar to your chart for characterization-it’s actually an acting tool I used for an advanced acting class. I really shouldn’t sign up for another project just now, but please tag me when you are finished!!
