(@bluejay I had to start another message. I think the first one got too long, and I’m not able to reply) That sounds great! I’d love to hear how it turns out.
I’ve always wanted to donate my hair! Sadly, I don’t think that will ever be an option for me… my hair grows SO slow. It’d take years before it was long enough to be worth donating. I really like my layers though… I don’t think I’ll ever go back to not having them. Maybe you should consider trying them out?
@faithdk Haha. I think all you have to do it scroll back up and you’ll find the reply button. It will put it at the end of the conversation. My hair use to be really slow growing, but I’ve been on supplements and it is slightly faster. I would probably donate it first and then when it is slightly longer get layers.
@bluejay Ah, okay. I don’t know why I didn’t see it… *trails off into deep thought* Anyway, that’s cool. Maybe I’ll have to look into supplements then -see if they’ll work for me. 😉
@faithdk Sorry, I had to go out, so I couldn’t reply.
Yeah, they might work. Let me ask you a quick few questions, but you don’t have to answer them if you don’t want to.
1. Do you feel tired a lot?
2. Do you bruise easily?
3. Is sleeping a problem?
4. Do you prefer reading a book or running around?
*the doctor sits back and smiles at you*
Hmm… Well I’ll gladly answer your questions, Doctor @bluejay
1. Not overly so.
2. I suspect I bruise normally. I don’t have many bruises, so maybe that will answer your question.
3. Yes, it can be at times. I’d say there are about four or so days out of the week that I don’t get much sleep at all.
4. Oh, I most definitely prefer reading a book! 😉 I do enjoy certain sports sometimes, but I don’t play them often or run much.
Hmm *peers over glass rims* I wouldn’t be surprised if you have an iron deficiency. Sleeping was a big problem for me and I would much rather curl up on the couch with a book. I just didn’t have the energy to get through the day if I did too much. So I went on supplements to fix it and I notice my hair grew much faster. (Which is really nice) @faithdk
I applaud you, docter. Your analysis was spot on! 😉 I do, indeed, have an iron deficiency. In fact, when I was younger, I was very sick (not solely because of the iron deficiency, but it was a factor), and was put on many medications for two years. After no improvement, and my condition worsening, my parents decided to take me off of them and use 100% natural vitamins only. A year later, all my tests came back clean, and I’m not sick anymore. I still take vitamins, to keep the illness at bay, but I guess I can’t really say that my hair grew much faster while taking them. I guess I haven’t taken any for that reason yet… maybe if I do, I will notice a difference. 🙂 *taps chin* Yes, I might just have to try that. @bluejay
*tries to look like she knew what she was doing* —— *fails* Wow! Sounds kinda bad. I was pretty sick too as a kid. If someone caught a cold, I vomited. Not pleasant. Stress cause vomiting for me too and when you do theatre which can be extremely stressful it is not something you want. So I decided I had had enough. We went natural straight away and it work while I was on it, but once I was off I went down hill. So we changed companies and I took the stuff for about 10 months. I am now off and so far going well. I hope it continues that way.
I’m glad you’re doing better too. @faithdk
Oh, that sounds awful. I’m glad to hear you’re doing well too, @bluejay. 🙂
