Yes. There are some social situations where it would be inappropriate or pointless to start a fight with someone like that, but if the topic came up, then yes. Tell what you believe is the truth. So they’re both aliens, but look mostly human except for their tails and some other features. They’re about 14-15yrs old (I haven’t really decided still), but they might look even younger because they’re only a little over 3 feet tall.
