But really…it’d be hard to find something that random that /didn’t/ ‘fit in seamlessly’.

OK, but you know what’s funny, I’ll tell you what’s funny.

The ‘contest’ I entered this story in, had the parameters of having to follow a prompt given by the judge. One of the prompts was, “Use this phrase in your story: Today I spilled my coffee. Someone is going to die.”

And I did.

The moose approve of the platypus approval.

Tyrannical manacle.

Peon, minion, underling…so yeah, basically synonyms for ‘people other than me’.

I suggest writing a little blurb about an existential crisis.

I have no idea what that does, but it’s what I do when I have writers block and feel like writing something…different.

To date I can’t see as it’s ever really solved the problem, but it’s a good way to work out themes, and ideas and stuff that might be floating around in your head.…[Read more]

There is. Unfortunately, you cannot actually /upload/ and image. It needs to be floating around on the internets.

Get a link to the image, and then click the little thing that says, “img” up near all the things to make bold text, quotes, links, and stuff.

It’s pretty simple from there on out.
