That sounds like a good one Faith. I love thought provoking books. The book doesn’t have to be deep though. The important thing is that it be good for analyzing from a writer’s perspective.

Oh, oh! I have one: To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I don’t know how many of you all have read it, but it’s a truly amazing work of literature, and it really makes you think about important issues. It should be easy to get from the library, I think…I don’t know about online, though.

@vanna Definitely. Self-publishing is a little scary, but I know traditional publishing isn’t any simpler or any more beneficial. I would have to have a major publishing house take me up to go traditional. I love self-publishing because the opportunities are simply vast and I think it’s (at least in the long run, could be in the short run too)…[Read more]

@gretald Yeah, that’s fine. This is a service to KP writers, not a top secret society that you commit your life to. I’m generally going to be encouraging shorter books so people will have a better chance of fitting at least some into their schedules.
