My father is from Costa Rica, so he took our church on a missions trip there once. On the last day we were able to do some fun activities and that was what we chose to do! -

@emma-flournoy I have a few ideas (and rough drafts) for a novel. It just takes me a while to gather all of my thought on paper in an orderly fashion.

@daeus I so far I have written biblical fiction based on the Old Testament, so yes mainly Jesus’ times.

@emma-flournoy I don’t think of it being a cliche saying, its rather comforting.
I manly write short stories. I enjoy writing biblical fiction, non-fiction (such as Ian’s story), and I love writing about pirates.What about you?

I live about an hour from Columbus. I’m near Clinton county, @gretald. I have read all the Penderwicks!!! I don’t own any of the, sadly….
I will have to try the giver then! Where are you in Ohio?-
I’m north of Delaware, about 45 minutes from Columbus. 🙂 I need to read the rest of the Penderwick books; I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

@gretald, you are correct. I am from Ohio. My favorite books are the following: Acts of Faith Series, Little Women, The Penderwicks (a children’s book but very cute), The Rose Trilogy.
