I ALWAYS listen to music when I write. If the music fits the mood I’m trying to create, it conjures up words and pictures that fit what I’m trying to describe. Plus, if I don’t have music, my mind tends to wander and I start thinking about all kinds of things and not writing.

Nice! I’ve only written short stories when intending to use them for a play at the school I work for.. I found it was easier to write the story, then translate it into a script.:) But they were basically just a detailed outline 😛 What do you like about writing short stories?
