I have a blog that needs readers. It doesn’t have a lot of content, but I’m posting every week so that should be fixed soon. The URL is mkami.weebly.com

@sierra-r Don’t get me started on the Hobbit. Just don’t. That movie series crashed like a twenty-year old laptop. Those movies shouldn’t have been made. Let me just say that the romance between Tauriel and Kili . . . that was tacked on tension. It’s a master class on how to not do romance.
As for the Phantom? Girl, that’s my favorite musical!…[Read more]

@kate-flournoy As you all know, I love to procrastinate (my fatal flaw). But I’m here one month after being tagged with a reply. I haven’t exactly read all of the previous posts, so I’m probably gonna reiterate something previously said. Anyway . . .
I totally agree with your two main reasons. I actually read a writing book that required you to…[Read more]

@Aratrea thanks. 🙂 It definitely still needs work, but thanks.
Good point— I’ll watch out for that, definitely.
I don’t want the book ending on a completely sour note— the resolution of Harold’s arc is pretty sour, but as this is the second book of a series, I need it to end with a question that leads into the other books— and that is, sin…[Read more] -

@Daeus good. 😛
Sure. Sure. I’ll believe that when I see it.And I hope you’re right. *nods solemnly*
Ack! Now I’m starting to sound like you. Haha! XD -

@Daeus eeeep! Sorry! I didn’t tag you so it isn’t my fault! 😛
Okay though, great points. Yes. You’re right. Maybe because my grasp on that is too shallow… *groans**bangs head against the wall* HAROLD HAD BETTER APPRECIATE THE MENTAL AGONY I’M GOING THROUGH FOR HIS SAKE.
Okay. *settles down* I must definitely do brainstorming on that. Oh…[Read more] -

Character’s story goal is to find his place in the world. It’s a coming-of-age. Yep, a disillusionment arc coming-of-age. 😛 I didn’t do it on purpose so don’t ask me how it happened. lol
Anyway. His more tangible goal is to find the one man who was kind to him after something particularly tragic happened in his past, and he believes that wherever…[Read more] -

@Ethryndal *gives you moral support and commiseration* I had to rewrite my entire WIP as well. It seemed impossible at the start, but now I’m almost done and though it still makes me want to tear my hair out sometimes it’s really not so bad. It gets better, dear. It does. We promises. 😉

@Dragon-Snapper READ MORE BOOKS. 😛 Do you like fantasy? Read The Songkeeper Chronicles, by Gillian Bronte Adams. The third book isn’t out yet but the first two are awesome. Do you like Saxon culture and coming-of-age? Read The Edge on the Sword, by Rebecca Tingle. Do you like medieval stories? The Red Keep and Rolf and the Viking Bow, both by…[Read more]

Hello peoples… I don’t usually post on here for myself, but I have a request this time. Nothing major, just something I feel like I need a lot of prayer on. 😛 Long story short, I’m going to be singing the offertory for the church we attend in the Easter service. And I forgot that the congregation is usually twice its normal size on Easter. I…[Read more]

@Daeus it’s an MBTI thing. Eh dear… how to explain it. I’m still working on it myself, but as far as I’ve been able to tell so far it’s the functions resulting from the combination of the other functions— the four dominant functions reacting against each other together create shadow functions. I’ll get back to you when I understand it better. 😛
